This website  is owned and operated by  Perfect Day Accessories  by using this website we allow you to purchase our products  subject to the following list of terms and conditions.

Items on this site are shown in UK Sterling - should you wish to know the price in any other currency please contact me.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

All prices are correct at the time this website was set up - should the price change during this time and time of order we will notify you. If you then decide against your purchase we will immediately cancel your order.

Payment can be made by Mastercard, Visa/Visa Delta/Visa Purchasing/Visa Electron, JCB, Switch, Solo and American Express.
Payment will be debited from your account immediatelyWe also accept payment by cheque, however we cannot despatch the goods until the cheque has been cleared-which can take up to 10 days.
If you wish to order by phone just email us your phone number and someone will contact you within 24hrs to place your order and take payment.

We aim to deliver all of our standard goods as soon as possible -within 28 days - if it is going to be longer we will keep you informed - if you need the goods sooner do let us know the date it is needed for and we will do our best to get it delivered in time.

All orders will be delivered by Royal mail 1st Class. Should you wish to have it signed for you can pay the extra to have either recorded or registered delivery - you can email us and we will get you a price depending on weight of item.

We are compliant with the consumer protection (distance selling) Act, which provides a 7 day no quibble guarantee*. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us in writing within 7 days of reciept to confirm that you will be returning the goods, either by email or post and ask for a returns form (no goods will be accepted without a completed returns form).

All we ask is that you return the item unused and in its original undamaged packaging. You will receive a refund for the items returned. You will not receive the postage costs. If more than 7 days has passed we are willing to offer a 28 day exchange on the goods although you will be responsible for any additional postage costs. You will not receive the postage costs unless the goods are faulty you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you order any items and then do not accept delivery of the goods you will then be liable at our discretion for all delivery and recovery cost plus a 20% restocking charge.
We recommend that you use recorded delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If the goods are faulty then the postage will be refunded.Any sale items bought are not returnable, and exchanges or refunds will not be given on these items.
For any goods cancelled, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to reach your cards.

If goods are found to be either faulty or not what you ordered please contact us with a full description of the incorrect goods or the fault. Please then return the item to receive a full refund.
